here's a condo that really transformed itself!
Six years ago, I helped my clients move from a charming, century-old house into a new-to-them condo. While newer, it still needed a refresh, and we certainly delivered! We reconfigured the layout, adding a laundry room and powder room on the first floor of their two-story waterfront condo. We also installed all-new flooring, gave everything a fresh coat of paint, renovated the bathrooms, and created a brand-new kitchen perfectly suited to their needs.
Now, they've decided to move back to a more central Toronto location, into a bungalow that will even better suit their lifestyle. We're in the midst of that project right now, but let’s have fun looking at all the before, during, and after photos of their now-sold condo.
